Sourced from Rueda DO with grapes from Moraleja, Aldeanueva, Quail and Santiuste, it’s hand-harvested and undergoes cold maceration, then fermented at 12 ºC and rested on fine lees for a rounded palate. Pale straw-yellow with exotic fruit and white blossom notes, it finishes long and fragrant; ideal with appetizers, seafood, and foie gras.
