We offer free shipping from € 85 to most EU countries, you can find the list of all countries we ship to on our shipping policy page.

Yes, all our products are original and are sold in their original packaging*.

*The product images on our website might in some cases be (slighthly) different to the ones received, this happends when brands change their branding or packaging materials over time

Please contact us by selecting the appropriate subject within 24 hours after the delivery and provide us with the following images to process your claim:

* Image showing the shipping label on the box
* Image of product showing the damage and/or faulty product from all sides
* Image of the inside of the shipping box with any wrapping/protective materials inside

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns for unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return costs are on the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Are there items I cannot return?

Yes — for cosmetic and hygienic products (like makeup), we cannot accept returns for safety reasons, even if unused.

When will I get my refund?

We process refunds within 5 working days once we receive and inspect your return.

Where can I return items?

We offer local return addresses in: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Spain.
