BLONDiQ 9+ Powder Lightener is a high-performance, oil-based lightener that lifts up to nine levels to produce a clean, neutral blonde. Its Advanced Neutralizing Technology uses a dual-action oil system to concentrate lightening agents toward the cortex, delivering powerful, controlled lift with minimal spread—perfect for balayage, foiling, and full-head services.
Key actives: Mineral oil (guides lightening actives to the cortex), potassium persulfate (primary lightener), sodium silicate (alkaline activator).
Usage: For professional use only. Mix in a non-metallic container with Redken Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%), or 30V (9%). Recommended ratios: scalp applications 1:2–1:3 at 20V; off-scalp 1:1–1:1.5 at 20–30V. Process up to 50 minutes at room temperature—do not apply heat—and rinse thoroughly after processing.
