If you've received the wrong product, or the product is damaged please follow below steps:
Please contact us by selecting the appropriate subject within 24 hours after the delivery and provide us with the following images to process your claim:
* Image showing the shipping label on the box
* Image of product showing the damage and/or faulty product from all sides
* Image of the inside of the shipping box with any wrapping/protective materials inside
We will then treat your case within 3 to 5 working days.

We accept returns for unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
A full refund will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For cosmetic and hygienic items (e.g., makeup, skincare that has been opened, or similar products), we cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations.
We do not accept change of mind returns on these items, as we cannot verify whether they have been used.
