Acnestil Micropeeling Salicylic Acid 100ML is an exfoliating lotion for facial, sensitive, acne-prone skin, reducing lesions and excess oil while soothing with niacinamide. Dual exfoliation delivers 2% salicylic acid and 5% mandelic acid for gentle turnover; Azeloglycine supports hydration and sebum control. Clinically observed within 3 days: non-inflammatory lesions -73.6%, inflammatory lesions -48.66%, oil production -33.7%. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free, non-comedogenic; 100ML; suitable with acne therapies under medical supervision.
